Mr. Courage Akanwunge Asabagna is a distinguished legal practitioner and academic specialising in tax law, corporate and commercial law, and financial market regulation. He holds an LL.M in Taxation from the University of British Columbia, an LLB from the University of Ghana, and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law.
He currently serves as a Lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law and Program Coordinator for the Graduate Program in Financial Markets Law and Regulation. He is also a Senior Legal Associate at Lex Vanem & Associates and a consultant with the Gerson Lehrman Group.
Mr. Asabagna has advised local and international institutions, including the Office of the Attorney-General and UNICEF, and has published peer-reviewed research on international tax, corporate liability, and cross-border insolvency.
