Mr. Siisi Essuman-Ocran (FCILT) is a transport, logistics, and infrastructure policy expert with nearly four decades of leadership experience in Ghana’s transport sector. He currently serves as Technical Adviser at the Ministry of Transport and has previously held senior roles including Chief Director and Director of Policy Planning.
His expertise covers railway master planning, procurement strategy, infrastructure development, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks, with a strong track record in delivering complex, World Bank-funded projects. He is an alumnus of Ohio State University and has completed executive training at Harvard University and other international institutions.
Mr. Essuman-Ocran is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) and a Certified PPP Specialist, bringing deep policy insight and strategic infrastructure experience to the Board.
