Wing Commander (Rtd.) Samuel J. A. Allotey, Esq. is a multidisciplinary professional with over four decades of experience spanning military service, corporate leadership, law, human capital management, and engineering. He previously served as Director of Human Resources & Services at GRIDCo and Head of Human Resources at Stanbic Bank Ghana.
His distinguished military career with the Ghana Air Force included service as an avionics engineer, instructor, and safety board member, earning multiple honours including the Distinguished Service Medal. His expertise integrates legal advisory, corporate governance, labour relations, strategic change management, and business consulting, supported by extensive international exposure across Africa, Europe, and the United States.
An accomplished academic and thought leader, he holds multiple degrees culminating in a Master of Laws (LLM) from GIMPA. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, an adjunct lecturer at GIMPA, a board member within the Jospong Group, and a founding member of the Ghana Robotics Academy Foundation.
